This is a very early MST 437 - one of the first models produced with the then new 44 jewel automatic movement. It has the same case style as the earlier MST441 and others from the first part of the 1960s. It case itself is more classically sculpted and flowing than the later chunky cases from 1964-5 onwards. Speaking of dials, I am not certain how visible it is in the photos, but the dial is heavily domed - which means the 437 needed a longer cannon pinion, seconds pinion and taller crystal than its non date sibling (the 436). Incidentally, this is the only 437 in my collection.
